Terms of Use

These terms apply to god-craft.com and the Godcraft app for Android and iOS (together, the “Service”), operated by Ion Dobrioglo. By using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Godcraft is an independent fan project. It is NOT an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang AB or Microsoft. “Minecraft” is a trademark of Mojang AB. All Minecraft names, assets and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

• You can sign in with Google, Apple or email. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for everything done through it.
• Provide accurate information and do not impersonate anyone else.
• You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to create an account.

• You keep ownership of the addons, resource packs, maps, skins, servers, comments, images and other content you publish (“User Content”).
• By publishing User Content you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute and make it available for download on the Service and to promote the Service, for as long as it is published.
• You confirm that you own your User Content or have permission to share it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. Do not upload other creators' work without their permission.
• You are responsible for your User Content. We do not review everything before it is published and are not responsible for content posted by users.

You must follow our Site Rules. In particular, you must not:

• Upload malware, harmful files, or content that is illegal, hateful, sexual, violent or otherwise inappropriate.
• Spam, scam, manipulate ratings, downloads or votes, or mislead other users.
• Harass, threaten or abuse other users.
• Attempt to break, overload, scrape or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts.
• Use the Service in a way that violates any law or the rights of others.

We may remove content and restrict accounts that break these terms or the rules. You can report content you believe is illegal or breaks the rules, see our DSA page.

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, follow the process on our Copyright / DMCA page. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.

• The app offers optional in-app purchases, such as gems (a virtual currency), Premium subscriptions and paid content from other creators.
• Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your store account settings.
• Gems and other virtual items have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and are licensed to you for use within the Service only. They cannot be transferred or resold.
• Except where required by law or by the store's refund policy, purchases are final. Refund requests for store purchases are handled by Apple or Google.
• We may change prices, features and the items available at any time. We will never charge you without making clear what you are paying for.

The Service is supported by ads, including ads served by Google. See the Privacy Policy for how advertising and cookies work.

Content is provided by users “as is”. Install addons, packs and maps at your own risk and keep backups of your worlds. The Service links to third-party sites and servers that we do not control and are not responsible for.

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, or remove your content, if you break these terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service and its users. We may also change or stop providing the Service, in whole or in part, at any time.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service or of content published by other users.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
