The Digital Services Act (DSA) is a European Union regulation that establishes rules for online platforms regarding content moderation, transparency, and the protection of user rights.

3. Average Monthly Active Users in the EU
In accordance with the DSA (Art. 24(2)), we publish information on the average monthly number of active recipients of the service in the European Union.
Period: Last 6 months
Average monthly active users in the EU: Fewer than 45 million
This data is updated at least once every 6 months.
4. Content Moderation

Our content moderation rules are set out in the following documents:

For content that violates our rules or the law, we may apply the following measures:
- Removal or blocking of content
- Temporary or permanent restriction of account features
- Suspension or deletion of an account
- Reduced content visibility
- Adding warning labels
4.3. How We Moderate
We use manual moderation exclusively:
- Manual review: all uploaded content is reviewed by moderators by hand.
- Complaint handling: all user complaints are processed by the moderation team.
Automated tools are not used for content moderation.

Any user can report content they believe is illegal or in violation of our rules:

6. Appeals Mechanism (DSA Art. 20)
If restrictive measures have been taken against your content or account, you have the right to appeal:

- Explain why you believe the decision was made in error
- Attach evidence (if any)
Review time: We will review your appeal within 14 days and notify you of the decision.
7. Out-of-Court Dispute Settlement (DSA Art. 21)
If you disagree with the outcome of your appeal, you may turn to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body in your EU country.
A list of certified bodies is available on the website of your country's Digital Services Coordinator.
8. Priority Handling of Reports (DSA Art. 22)
Reports from “Trusted Flaggers” designated by the Digital Services Coordinators of EU countries are handled on a priority basis.
9. Transparency Reporting
In accordance with the DSA (Art. 15), we publish content moderation reports:
- Number of complaints and notices received
- Number of moderation actions taken
- Average complaint handling time
- Information on the use of automated tools
Reports are published annually and available on request.
10. Recommender Systems (DSA Art. 27)
We use recommender systems to display content. The main parameters are:
- Popularity: number of downloads, views, and ratings
- Recency: publication and update date
- Relevance: match with the search query and filters
- Game version: compatibility with the selected Minecraft version
Users can influence recommendations by changing the sorting and filtering options.
