  3. Proof of authorship — a link to the original source where you published this content (CurseForge, Modrinth, Planet Minecraft, etc.).
  4. Contact details — your email and, if necessary, other ways to reach you.
  5. Good-faith statement — confirmation that you are the copyright holder or an authorized representative.

4. Response Times

We aim to handle all complaints as quickly as possible:

  • Initial response — within 48 hours
  • Content removal (once infringement is confirmed) — within 72 hours
  • Complex cases requiring additional review — up to 14 days

5. Review Procedure

  1. Receipt — we confirm receipt of your request.
  2. Verification — we review the information provided and compare it with the original source.
  3. User notification — if the content was uploaded by a user, we notify them of the complaint and give them an opportunity to respond.
  4. Decision — based on the review, we decide whether to remove or keep the content.
  5. Outcome notice — we inform you of the decision made.

6. Counter-Notice

If your content was removed following a complaint and you believe this happened in error, you may file a counter-notice providing:

  • Your contact details
  • A link to the removed content
  • Evidence that you are the copyright holder or have permission to publish
  • A statement accepting responsibility for the accuracy of the information

7. Repeat Infringers

Users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of third parties may be permanently banned. We keep a record of violations and apply the following measures:

  • First violation — warning and content removal
  • Second violation — temporary 30-day ban
  • Third violation — permanent account ban

8. For Content Authors

If you are the author of mods, textures, or other Minecraft content and want to protect your work, we recommend:

  • Publishing your content on official platforms (CurseForge, Modrinth)
  • Stating a usage license in the description
  • Including authorship information in the mod files
  • Registering on Godcraft as an author for verification

9. False Complaints

Filing knowingly false complaints violates our site rules and may result in:

  • Loss of the ability to file complaints
  • Account suspension
  • Legal liability under applicable law
